        Kramp kept my chart plotter for almost 3 months without repairing it, ignoring all my phone calls, until I camped out in front of their shop from 7:45 this morning until someone finally showed up at 9. Then she tells me they don't even have the test equipment needed to diagnose the problem. Best, when I tell her the whole experience has been unprofessional, she slams the door in my face!
