        What can I say its a trailer park . has new owners that soon after buying it doubled everyone's lot rents and improved nothing making it hard on those who lived there ... Look elsewhere for any praise . sorry not sorry I call an orange an orange .

        Place is a joke doubled lot rents don't care about the tenants only the money plus it has a rat problem.
