        I bought a Lopi wood stove! The sales person told me 8 hours burn time! It was the biggest lie! Dont think I can make it through the winter on this wood stove since its my only heat! I went to your place and got no where with this stove! Im very disappointed !

        If you ever have to talk to the mgr watch for this phrase: "We've been around and yada yada. " Personally, I dont like it when I present a legitimate issue and receive this boastful type of reply. It is dismissive of my concern and only tells me you dont care. Nowhere else reasonably close to go for kioti that i know of but i will surely try. Respect goes both ways weather youve been in business for 50 years or 5 minutes.
