image I had a bill placed on my back door that blew away with the wind. I called and asked to have the bills put into my mail box. No problem they added it to their notes and they didn't charge me the late fee price's. The next delivery the bill was in my mailbox like I asked, but the following one was hooked over the handle of my mailbox. I called telling them they need to make sure it gets into my mailbox. I received a rude tone from the secretary and had to pay the late fee. The next delivery I didn't get a bill in or on my mailbox.

image Worst company ever to receive oil they would say hey you have to pay for the delivery but we dont know when were coming

image Hired this company to install tank during installation at $6000 I called to fill the tank and was quoted $3.09 a gallon 4 days later the truck filled the tank at $3.69 a gallon. I was told they calculated 300 gallons a year in consumption meaning I pay the highest tier amount based on usage. Used 200 gallons since mid November. Installation looks like a child did it. These guys are just about making money service at the highest prices.

image I have used Dead River Oil for years. Their prices are about the same as everyone else's and I have only had 2 issues with them in the 13 years I have used them for my oil company. First time they filled my oil when I ask for 100 gallons. I let them know and they said "Oh, that's our fault you keep it!" !!! woohoo! The second time I had called and made a payment with them and a week later they delivered 100 gallons (my norm when I call them) that I didn't ask for. I called and they let me wait an extra month before I had to pay. Which worked out fine with me cause I was going to need oil anyways cause it was very cold out the next few weeks. Over all I am very satisfied with Dead River and will continue to go through them for my Oil. Thanks Dead River.
