So the store was packed at Sephora at the Maine Mall I needed a few things but it was no way I could stand in the long line. I did not have the time and my hip was throbbing. I nicely was putting my purchases back when a sales lady approached me. She informed me the other customers had also been offered the quick check out so she pulled out what looked like a iPhone rang me ran my card and away I went. Thank you I took a pic of her name tag.

Although I was not greeted in a friendly manner by two ladies standing at the from door, ones who name stated with an A, my ending experience was enjoyable. I returned items thru Bonnie, such a sweet lady. Later after she was done at the register she found me roaming and asked me if I need help. She did an amazing job. Before I left I talked to the manager LT (I believe) and he was so delightful. Handled my conversation very professionally and spoke with confidence about him addressing his team. I am a long time customer at this Sephora and have always been treated pleasantly and will continue to go back.
