Was so happy they offered medical discount but unfortunately decided not to stay. Front desk was very kind but the place is vert out dated, not well maintained and dirty.

I stayed at this hotel on March 13, 2024.
I chose this hotel after calling and confirming that late checkout was available the next day as I had a later flight.
I confirmed my late checkout of 1pm when I checked in.
The following morning, despite my do not disturb sign on the door, starting at 10am, housekeeping knocked on my door, I explained I had a confirmed late check out.
This happened 4 more times over the next 2 hours, including the front desk calling me to ask when I was leaving.
I gave up and checked out at noon.
If you are looking for a room where you are not pestered every 30 minutes to leave, I suggest you find a better hotel.
I do not recommend this one.

First, the hotel has no shuttle any more because the driver quit, and the original room assigned to us smelled of urine. Also, the price of the room included extra fees we weren't expecting. But I must mention that the staff at the front desk, the tall manager, made up a take-away breakfast for us since we had to leave extremely early. In the past, Hilton upgraded the Hampton Hotels that they acquired. But I suppose the Portland market cannot support property improvements.

Easily one of my top 3 worst hotels I ever stayed at! Absolutely disgusting rooms, outdated, old, moldy & gross smell in the room, bathroom & bed had suspicious stains & other gross hair all over, dust everywhere, greasy furniture etc. Kept shoes on & didnt dare to walk on the stained floor. Gloomy ambiance & dated look describe the place.
Door was not locking properly, closet door was broken & house keeping never bothered removing whatever piece of clothing was left by the previous occupant in closet floor. Rooms facing the highway are loud. Close to a lame old mall too. Not that close to airport. Walls are paper thin. Gross & a shame for a Hilton property even for a Hampton Inn.
Checked in wasnt really a breeze since hotel had a power outage since early morning. No elevator no lights etc. Room wasnt ready at check in & hotel front desk attendant had to walk each guest to their room & use master key to let ppl in - not their fault but when power got restored their room key maker was down. Never got the keys until I inquired at front desk tho I was told they would bring them up to room
Breakfast was decent & typical. The lady working there was very nice & was the only highlight of my short stay.
Should have read all the other reviews before last minute booking. Stay far away!
