I have been working with Joe Flynn and Flynn & Co. realty for years now. They have helped me and my small family buy and sell multiple times. I will NOT use anyone else in the area because no one will provide the level of service, commitment, and market understanding that I get from working with Joe. Buying a house is not an easy thing for a family to do, but Joe and his team have made it such a pleasurable (and profitable) experience for me and my family we've done it three times in five years with them. This past move was the hardest for us because we had a 2 month old at the time and Joe went above and beyond to help (even letting us use his van and helping me move some of the bigger things). I can't recommend Joe and his company strongly enough!!

What I was hoping to be a good first-time property buyers experience has turned into a nightmare. Joe Flynn and his associates are the most dishonest "professionals" I have had the displeasure of working with. From day one, Joe made many promises to get us into contract that he shamelessly rescinded on. He continued to leverage our need for housing and the high demand for real estate in the area in order to push us through to finalizing a deal that was far from ideal. Once we were in contract, Joe was impossible to reach for inquiries and he failed to ever answer anything clearly or honestly. Upon closing, the situation has continued to be an ongoing headache. We have had to deal with missing windows, poor handyman/developer work, zero communication, changes to legal declarations without ownership agreement, and total disregard to completion of certain items within the sales & purchase agreement. Buyer and seller beware - Joe Flynn and his cronies are only out to help themselves.
