My brother took over my uncle's mobile home when he passed away. Dan constantly harassed my brother and was very rude. Stay away!

Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero. Called Dan to inquire about pricing. He was rude and had pre conceived ideas about me and my family . When I told him it would be me, my son, and his friend he immediately said "that would be too many families living in one home." I should have hung up right then. He assumed there would be three cars parked in the driveway and company coming all hours of the day and night. I was shocked at what he was saying. He knows nothing about us. I told him my son is disabled and his friend has lived with us for years. He said, "well it makes you wonder why they haven't gone off and got there own place doesn't it?" I again explained my son is disabled but he just kept rambling on. He finally told me it would cost 380 for a lot and 2000 for the entrance fee. What? 2000 dollars? Other parks charge 650 if they have to lay a pad. When I told my son about our conversation, he said "oh I bet he thinks me and Kyle are gay and he doesn't like that." Yup I bet he did. I don't know how people can live there and deal with this man. He missed out on some excellent tenants. We pay our Bill's on time every month, are not partiers, drug users, or drinkers. Very quiet and respectful of others. Besides that I deserve respect for being a veteran. I'm retired from the military. And by the way, I have one car but if I had three, I would park them on my rented driveway. Families often have more than one car. What is his problem?

Gave this place one star because I can’t give it a zero! I feel he’s a very judgmental person. I also feel he thinks he’s better than everyone else smdh 🙄. I had a water leak under my shed. I had to move everything out of my shed so he could move it to fix the water leak. He never moved it back. So all of my stuff got ruined 😓. This was last summer. The shed is still out front of the electricity pole. Which I’m pretty sure isn’t allowed. I seriously cannot wait to move my home so I can finally be happy where I’m at n my daughter will hopefully have a yard so she can play.

Terrible customer service... Inconsiderate and disrespectful. Aside from the racism/discrimination, awful management. Do not recommend to anyone!!!
