      image The music is too loud. When I stepped around to the next open que, I was told the line started someplace else, even tho I was there before the other woman. Fine. I got in line behind and returned my item. JCP had a $10 return fee for online purchases. Wow. I looked around and took a purchase back to the cashier. The guy behind me went around to the same cashier (who I believe was the manager), and she rang him out without telling him to go back and wait his turn. Top it off when I price checked my item. I found it $25 less elsewhere. I returned it. I'm not a fan of this experience.
