We booked our cottage late this summer. We were happy to find one across from the beach. We loved the cottage and the owners were great. We will be back next year.

This year will be my fourth year renting from Deb Foster. The cottages and location is perfect - a quick walk across to the pristine beach and a ways down from Wells Beach proper so less congested. We love the old time feel of the cottages - no fuss but with everything you need for a lovely, Maine beach vacation. You can hear the roar of the waves from the cottages and having a lovely view of the Rachel Carson marsh in the rear of the property is an added bonus with many marsh birds to observe so bring your binoculars!

We just stayed at the Kozy Cot we had a great time! The cottages are right across the street to beautiful Wells beach I would highly recommend Fosters Cottages
