      image Tried to return an unopened headlight bulb with receipt but they wouldnt accept the return because it was over 45 days. They could have easily given me my money back and put the bulb back on the rack with no cost to them, but securing a $17 sale was worth losing a customer. Great marketing. The cashier even suggested that I sell it on EBay. Thanks for nothing.

      image Advance Auto Parts in Westbrook, Maine gave me top notch customer service this evening. Labor Day weekend, one employee on duty, and between other customers Zachary was able to change out my dead battery for a new one. I had no way to do it myself and work long hours Sat-Mon, so was not sure how I'd get to work. I'm a very grateful customer and will use this location in the future for my auto needs!
