        I spent 1770$ to get my car fixed, got it back and drove it for 2 hours and it broke down again. I was stranded at a gas station with my 3 children! Got it towed back to rowe ford and told i have to pay another 450$ to get it fixed again. Not a happy customer

        We bought our Escape back in November Marty Flaherty was our salesperson and I could not say enough about his help through the whole process, we got fair trade in allowance, total transparency and fairness the whole way. The follow up has been amazing too. I actually for the first time, used Rowe Ford for the first oil change at their Quick Lane and those employees were fantastic, prompt and polite I will continue to use Rowe for future maintenance, something Ive always done myself Thanks to you all

        Went in for a recall.was told its a 2 hour job.3 hours and not a word from anyone on what was going on.im supposto get a discount on my servise next week.well see if it happens.no communication on what was going on.i shouldnt give any stars but the lady that called me was nice and said she would try to get me a discount next week.if not ill change it to 1 star.
