If you want a insurance company that will have you do all the leg work(running place to place) , Anderson Watkins is the one for you. Since they bought out smaller companies, they give less service. No matter what the circumstances, of your claim, they expect you to do all the necessary calls,litigation, paperwork, faxes and any other details requested by the insurance companies. As your agent, this has always been their responsibility. If this is the way Anderson Watkins choose to operate their business, they are no longer needed. If I want insurance handled in this manner, I can purchase directly from the insurance provider and eliminate the agent (Anderson Watkins) with a considerable lower premium. I need a agency who works for me and not the insurance companies, Anderson Watkins needs to be continuously pressured to pursue their clients best interests. They talk the talk, but can't walk the walk, now that they have grown. 🤔
