Left me on side of road for 2+ hours without informing me they "could not make it out to me" and they were through AAA. Very unprofessional, and awful service to leave someone stranded without even a call.
Edit- The response by the owner to this review was the worst cut and paste PR reply I've ever seen. How about just a phone call to the people you leave on the side of the road for 3+ hours? Even a text is better than leaving someone sitting thete on hold woth triple AAA because you cant take 2 minutes to make a phone call. Make it right by actually contacting customers, cause you cant make it right with me. I will be contracting AAA today. Thanks for nothing, do NOT use this company for your towing needs!
