We feel confident in the quality of the services we receive at the Windham VIP, where we take our cars and a truck used for business so they must be reliable! Also the front desk staff is really on top of things ,going out of their way to be helpful! Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Just want to give a large shout out to Dom who works over at the Windham VIP center. He is fantastic! I came in with an urgent need for help with my coolant issue, and only had 15 minutes to figure it out. Not only did Dom explain what I needed to do, but he took the time to come out to my car and help put in my coolant and then check the engine to make sure I wouldn't have any other issues spring up. When I thanked him and offered to pay for his time, he insisted he was just happy to help. If only all businesses could have individuals this kind working for them.... Thank you, Dom! I'll come back again for sure.

Brian Brackett was very helpful when I went to get my RAV4 inspection. The front was out of alignment but he said it should be covered under warranty because my mileage was just over 10,000. I called Toyota and they said my year was up and was not covered. Brian was very helpful and was able to get that done for me right then and there. He was very professional and I will go back and would recommend VIP Windham. Thank you!
