There was a time Zenscape in Annapolis was fantastic. They had a great deal (one hour with hot stone passes for $49) - it was the best massage deal in the mall. And the manager/owner as well as the staff were top notch. They also were friendly, and would talk to you for a bit afterwards. One of the therapists I used even got beyond the language barrier by using a translation app on her phone to talk to me in the lobby for a few minutes after each session. Fast forward as times change, as did the ownership and staff. The special that made them the best deal in the mall was removed. The new owners are nowhere near as personable, and the staff has gone downhill. They don't appear as skilled with their hands or personalities. They have changed into more of a "give your money and leave" kind of place. And, as mentioned, the skill level of the massage is nowhere near what it used to be. Thankfully, one of the other places in the mall has picked up the slack, and filled in the value for your money slot while treating you like a valued customer.

Massage is okay but this is not a legitimate business! My insurance covers a massage therapy so I decided to try this place. I submitted my reciept to the insurance company but didn't get reimbursed because appearently, this place is operating without a license!!
