I have never in my adult life tried give away my money to a business. Trying to reach by phone is a literal nightmare and correspondence via email is only slightly better. Although I understand that COVID restrictions halted business for everyone, when reopened I was told that I would be called to reschedule my original appointment. Never received that call and the company eventually stopped responding to my email. It’s also hard for me to understand how a business doesn’t know it’s own scheduling capabilities. Just spend the extra money and go to another company...this company isn’t worth your time or headache.

My wife used them to winterize our boat. They did not remove our battery as promised and they would not confirm with my wife that stabilizer was put in our boat's gas compartment. My wife and I have called and left multiple messages requesting information and they refuse to return calls. We are about to file a fraud report with police, as we are concerned our boat probably was not properly winterized and we have been scammed. We are very worried about what this so called company has done to our engine and other compartments.

Terrible service and follow thru. I called them once a year ago to detail and clean my boat. I was told they would travel to my location for a $50 travel fee. I agreed made and appointment and they never showed. I called and they said they did not see it on the schedule and would call to reschedule. They never called and after calling twice with no response I gave up. They called 2 months later telling me they were ready to make an appointment. Summer was over so I said maybe next year. Cut forward to next year. I call them and this time offer to bring the boat to them since it is a two hour drive each way. They agree. Keep in mind this is now april. I drop off the boat after a 4 hour round trip and leave them with my boat cover to protect it form the weather. A week goes by, I call them and they say they will call back. A second week goes by and they call me back to tell me they will call me back when they have more info. Week three comes and goes and now its mid may. I start leaving messages to find out what the hell is happening with my boat and is it covered because we just had a week of the worst storms on record. I finally get a call telling me that they have decided that the boat is too oxidized and they do not want to take on the job. Can I please come pick up the boat. After another 4 hour round trip I arrive to find my boat sitting exactly where I left it with 4 ft high weeds growing around and thru it. The cover was on but was obviously put on after the storms because all my storage compartments were flooded and anything stored in the internal storage soaking wet and full of mold. Had I the time and energy to sue this business I would. Warning DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE BOAT SERVICE.

SN was paid by the yacht broker I purchased my boat from to detail it prior to closing. They did absolutely nothing to the boat. They refuse to refund the $1200. SN is a complete ripoff. Steer clear of them.

Yacht/Boat owners "Beware". These people are unskilled, untrustworthy and unreliable. Our level of disappointment far exceeds our level of satisfaction and we will definitely not hire again.
