        I just got off the phone with the Owner, Amanda. She was AWESOME! I ordered a bouquet of balloons to be delivered in downtown Annapolis for a buddy who is turning 60. I am a small business owner and it is rare that I have as great an experience when I am the customer as I give my customers. My experience with Amanda was terrific! Amanda understands customer service!!! Thank you Amanda! I will only use The Gateway Florist for all my Flower and Balloon needs in Annapolis!
