Over priced junk, for the most part. The majority of items can be purchased for 1/8 to 1/5 of their listed prices. It seems to be quantity or quality, Chinese dollar store goods, with Brookstone stamped on the label.

My kids and I were shopping for a massage chair and foot massager for my parents and the sales people were not helpful at all. A guy passed by and I asked how much one of the chairs were and he pointed to a sign and walked away. After he left I turned around and there was a big sign saying you could get $100 off if you bought the foot massager with the massager seat. Then I proceeded to try another massager seat and as soon as I sat down a lady/girl sales associate walked up and said they needed to free the chairs up for other shoppers. There was one other shopper in the store. I then got up and said I just sat down and I will take my business else where. We were not on the chairs long at all. I understand some shoppers just come and sit on the chairs to just play and sit on them too long. We were not there that long at all. And if a sales associate would have been professional and actually came over to help us they would have known we were not there to play. Brookstone lost a big sale. Your sales associates are not professional.
