Dan Nardo is amazing! We called about a yacht that was for sale and they sent us to Dan. He was the listing broker. When we talked to him he informed us that it had just been sold but offered to help us with anything we needed. We found another boat in the area with his help and flew in to look at it. When we looked at it we decided it wasn’t for us. Dan agreed and didn’t try to talk us into it. He was very honest and helpful about the boat. We ended up not buying anything in Annapolis and found our dream boat in Florida instead. Too far for Dan so we went directly to the listing broker in Fl. Dan continued to keep in touch with us through the process to give us advice and talk to the broker in Fl about the deal and Because of his help everything went smooth! We can’t possibly say enough nice things about Dan. He is the best broker we have met! And through this process we have met a lot of them. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to work with Dan!

I have purchased over 20 boats and at least 10 houses in my lifetime. I contacted Dennison for boat and we purchased a 40 Cruisers for $140,000.00. The reason I put the prices is that in the size of boats this is a small one for them. It has taken three weeks for the purchase which could have been completedmuch earlier if they had not given me incorrect information. It's not the time but dealing with the Document Prep. They were many mistakes and we had to resubmit on multiple occasion. I would highly recommend that buyers beware and watch this post if see if they care enough to reply. Just received a call from Bob Dennison who has not seen this post but wanted to call and congratulate us on our purchase. I explained what happened and he immediately apologized and wanted to know what we were not happy with. He then gave me his e-mail and cell phone number. Class act!! I would like to change this to 4.5 stars, would have been a 5 if we had no problems. Congrats to Dennison for stepping up. Mike
