        I must say that I do like the store but some of the ppl working are not customer service friendly. Went in to buy the New Balance 990 sneaker today & the young lady that was working had a private conversation with wht appeared to be a friend of hers. I had to ask her to come & help me & even then her attitude was like she didn't care if I bought the shoes or not. She went in the back to get the shoes, handed them to me & walked back to her friend & continued her conversation. I mentioned to her that she should be more attentive to her customers & her attitude was as if she didn't care. I decided that if she didn't care I wouldn't spend my money there. I walked across the hall to Shoe City & bought my 990's even though they were higher in price. The staff of economy shoes need to be trained in customer service.
