      image I used to be able to call and speak directly to my agent. I dont like that when I need to speak with someone I cant get anyone but an automated system anymore. Thinking about switching now. This is a new change. I dont like this at all.

      Hello Natasha, I apologize if you tried to contact our office after normal business hours. The phone line does transfer to Allstate customer support so that you can still speak with someone. As you know you can always contact Penny or I directly at the office number Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 5:00.
