If there was a -5 star rating, I’d post that instead. This agency has a property listed, adjacent to my family’s home, which has been allowed to sit for months with grass, weeds, etc...nearly as tall as I am. I am fearful for my son to play outside in our own yard as we have seen multiple varmints and wildlife, which should not be in a residential area. The listing agent has been called multiple times and has done nothing to rectify this. We have made multiple complaints to County officials and nothing has been done on their end either. It’s a total disgrace and I only wish I was able to share a photo on this review so everyone could see what we are being subjected to! Definitely doesn’t create much confidence in this agency or how much they care for their local communities and residents.

My husband and I made the horrible mistake of listing our home for rent and signing a rental agreement with this company. Our "agent" violated our contract in so many ways it was incredible. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she stated she tried many times to contact the agent to get things straightened out. Actually, she used the term "smooth our ruffled feathers"! Nice way to refer to the people who hire you and pay a hefty price. She couldn't manage to get any information for us, but she did fire the agent. Since then, we haven't heard one word from the office. We can't get explanations for anything. The things the realtor allowed our tenants to do to our home without our permission were unbelievable! I guess the company hopes we just walk off into the sunset without making any waves. They are wrong. A contract with this company is literally, at least with our experience, not worth the paper it is written on. Never, ever deal with them!
