Thelia is such a humbling, understanding and relative life coach. She has helped me map, plan and hold me accountable for achieving my life goals/plans. Working with Thelia was a productive and gratifying experience. While shes kind, compassionate and trustworthy, she was also honest and straightforward. I felt heard and seen during our session, which is critical in feeling comfortable and creating trust with your coach.
I felt supported by Thelia as we worked through my concerns. As a result, I gained clarity in figuring out goals for my life and confidence in moving on to achieve them. Thats what you want and should expect from a good life coach. I got that and I'm grateful. Highly recommended!

Thelia Buchanan is AMAZING! She came into my daughters life at a pivotal time when she was transitioning to adulthood. Thelia has a special way of listening, pulling out the issues/concerns and allowing the child to hear themselves as she guides them to a solution. Her broad knowledge base, professionalism and expertise in the field is exceptional. She knows exactly what the child needs, and shes able to provide the proper tools for them to use, and be successful in life. Im so thankful and grateful for her, and the work she does to help young adults.

My child has autism and anxiety and we were going through many challenges at school and at home. Speaking with Coach Thelia was like talking to a calm, non-judgmental friend who is able to see things objectively and give really good concrete advice. She was able to analyze why I was reacting the way I was, help me to reframe my perspective, and offer steps that I could take (baby-steps at first), to help bring things back to a much better place.
