        I had a good experience as of recent at Apple Ford. Ben was my service advisor and he got me in and out in a timely manner. I had a recall for my back camera, and now everything is functioning perfectly. Ben even took the time to wash my vehicle. Thank you for the outstanding service Apple Ford!

        Feel like I got the old bait and switch when I bought my truck from Apple Ford a few years ago. I agreed to a price (a little above MSRP; thanks COVID) and when I signed the paper work I didn't even notice they increased the price. I paid ~2k over what was agreed to. I verified my emails with the salesman vs the contract I received. I know I won't get this money back and its entirely my fault for being rushed through paperwork on a busy Saturday (I flew in from out of state to get the vehicle). I feel like I was taken advantage of. I hope someone see's this review and learns from my mistake. I really wish you guys had some integrity. Shame on me for trusting you and not going through the documents with a comb like I should have. I honestly never would have known if I didn't go through all my paperwork looking for the extended warranty information, which I should never have bought from you guys.
