I have used this company twice for the same freezer repair. The first time I was told that it was normal wear and tear for the ice tray rails to break. The second time which was maybe a year later I was told to not allow the tray to fill with ice because it would cause it to get too heavy and that's why it probably broke again. Now here we are a third time, and the rails broke again in less than 30 days. I texted the company, NO response. I called and explained the situation and also explained that I have monitored the tray on a daily basis to ensure that it did not fill with ice but once again, it has broken. I was told that all they can do is reach out to the manufacture to see if there was a warranty on the rails. I felt like I was blown off since I have not heard one word back from this company. I have spent hundreds of dollars on what looks like a simple repair that continues to break. I refuse to keep supporting a business who doesnt support me. I am very disappointed.
