Excellent and fast service, I can't give five stars because of the cleaning chemicals.  I have burbur carpets that were stained by a previous owners pets.  The stains were not very profound but there was an order.  I paid for the premium service and after a couple days I can still smell a little oder so I'm disappointed that for the money I still have a little problem.  I think for about three times the price of cleaning I could have just had new carpet so given the results I just can't sense the value.  If you don't have pet odors and just need a cleaning the fast service and standard price isn't bad.  I'd be happy to recommend them and would use them again - just not for the purpose of deodorizing.
