Sears Garage Door Installation and Repair - CLOSED

This company took over $2,000.00 out of my bank account and now I cannot reach them. LAWSUIT is about to be filed!!!!!

I tried to do quick research for a fair price while tech was there so I did not have to reschedule. Never again ! I see most services charge about 40% less !!! than what I paid. Ryan also said he gave me a discount for the opener-$200 off, yet Its listed as sale price on site already with that amount off. I guess I am too blame for assuming they would be fair and doing poor quick research

Never ever call this company. Order doors they never came luckily I was able to get my money back.

I'm hoping that this company, which I assume is contracted by Sears (though perhaps Sears itself) will contact me. We had a garage door installed two weeks ago, while I was at work in D.C., and it has never worked. Cannot reach the company by phone or any other method. When I call the number listed, no matter what option I press, it tells me I am being transferred to voicemail of Ed Levenny....whose voicemail is perpetually full. So it's an endless loop of not being able to leave a message. Additionally, I've called Sears directly several ways, and there is no record of my transaction...my address...phone number...invoice number is different. I'm guessing this company contracts for Sears....really hoping they reach out to me. Total nightmare, and this is my hail mary to get a call from them before I go to small claims court. Guys...if you see this...please contact me. It's Barry Howard from Finksburg, MD. You have my numbers.
