I needed to replace my hot water heater and replace a faulty part on my furnace. I had multiple estimates done and Dave was by far the most comprehensive in explaining the best way to address the issue and went in-depth on the available options. We were able to negotiate terms that we both agreed to and the work was completed within a few weeks. Dave and his team were punctual and very professional. It has been about 8 months since Quality Air replaced our HVAC system. We are so pleased! Cold AC in the summer, nice warm heat in the winter. We got the iWave filter and we're very happy that we added that on. Very professional staff and technicians. Excellent!

My ac broke on the hottest day this year. They came out the same day. Unfortunately I needed a whole new system. Within on week all was done. They were efficient, nice, kept everything clean. Perfect job. They had to cut holes in the dry wall to run a pipe, the person came out on Sunday I to repair the holes. I couldnt even see the patch work. wow. I have been using them for almost 10 years and they always come out almost the same day. What service. Service: Installation

We used this company for their handyman services, not HVAC. David was very responsive and professional, as was his team led by Pablo. We had them repair rotted wood on an addition and paint, as well as a list of small things in the house. Everything was done to perfection. They cleaned up well after each project. We have just contacted David to do a couple more jobs. Highly recommend!

When my water heater broke two months ago, I relied on the reviews I could find on the Internet to contact a few HVAC contractors. David was the most responsive, straight forward, and professional contractor among the few I dealt with. David listened to me, he answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable to work with him. He provided me an estimate during the on-site inspection, and I felt I could trust him, so I hired him on the spot. I later also realized that Davids estimate was also lower than the other two on-line estimates I received a couple of days later.
David and his team did a wonderful job in replacing my water heater. I was very pleased with their workmanship and attention to details. They cleaned up everything after the work was done.
I have thought about replacing my HVAC system. It is still working, but it is just old and not efficient. A good HVAC contractor is not easy to come by. So after the good experience of working with the Quality Air & Heating Inc., I decided to hire them to replace the entire HVAC system.
