Aventon Crown Apartments

First, my experience finding and selecting a unit was easy, and simple. Ian gave me a tour of each unit I wanted to see and provided all the necessary information I needed, leaving me with very few questions. My need to move from Baltimore to Gaithersburg was unexpected and rushed. I initially applied for a unit I thought I would want, but I ended up liking a different one. Ian was able to switch me to my preferred unit and got me all the proper documentation to finalize my move within a very short time. Before I knew it, my lease was signed, and move in dates were set. I was very nervous moving in such short notice; however, Ian really made my experience as simple and pleasant as I could imagine. I would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

I just moved in and I love it. So close to everything and such a pretty building. The only downside is the package room is a mess so its kinda hard to find your stuff. But overall the amenities are nice and Im glad I chose this building. The staff is super helpful. Ian really took what I wanted into consideration and made moving into my perfect apartment quick & easy.

I have decided that aventon crown is my number 1 choice to move at. I am looking to making this dream a reality around early may Im super excited. I will begin to get more serious around mid April but if Im being honest aventon is so worth the money.

I have had a really smooth touring, leasing and move-in process, with many thanks to Ian! I first toured Aventon Crown with Ian, and he was very patient and thorough with my numerous questions. I did not feel rushed at all during the tour, and Ian was very accommodating with my requests to see different features and amenities. I left Aventon Crown with a really positive impression of the building, so much so that I applied for an apartment that very evening. Ian guided me through the leasing application process. I was able to get my dream apartment (the view! the sunlight!) and have been loving it! Aventon Crown is a modern, quiet building, which I love. Any questions or issues I have, Ian is super responsive and amiable. I really love living here! It feels like a safe area, and the location is so convenient (Target is so close by, Whole Foods/Trader Joes only 5ish minutes away). Don in the front office is also very amiable and helpful if I swing by with a question. So happy that Ian convinced me to lease at Aventon Crown - it has been a great experience -Tara
