Haven't had the work done yet. They're ordering parts. Anyways the ppl are really nice. We talked just as if we've known one other for life! Which that's already a Blessing as far as I'm concerned. I'll update after the work is finished. Update we never had the work done, cause they gave us the run around for weeks!! So my opinion on them has went from a 4 star to zero stars!! We had to go to Al's body shop here in WV. They took care of everything asap!!
Should've just went there to begin with. But the insurance company from the lady that hit the car sent us to Champion. I do not recommend Champions!!

I just spoke with Doug at the Hagerstown office, with my concerns about my vehicle and what I didnt need and he was very courteous and friendly. He reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and made me feel at ease. My experience So far had been very pleasant and I would recommend this shop to anyone I come in contact with. I dropped my car off 5 days ago and theyve been very transparent about timing as well as the amount of work that needs to be done. I dont remember the name of Lady at the front desk but she is awesome. Thank you crash champions. I will update once I get my vehicle with pictures of before and after.

Crash Champions repaired our vehicle after an automobile accident. They kept us informed all the time about the repairs and the timeframe it would take to complete everything that needed done. They were always professional and very courteous at all times. Our vehicle was completed on time as promised. Our vehicle looked like brand new when we went to pick it up. We were more than highly satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. We highly recommend Crash Champions in Hagerstown, Md as they are THE BEST!! They are the only place to have your vehicle repaired to have it done right!!
