Wont bring any business here anymore. $65 for a tire patch!!!???? Are you out of your mind???? I suggest people to take their cars to Firestone or MTB by the Valley Mall, cheaper and better.

Not happy at all. I brought my truck back to address some issues I was having after they had done some work on my suspension. Took the owner Jeff for a ride with the windows down complaining about the squeeking etc and he held fast to his opinion that he either didnt hear, the obvious loud noise or he minimized and justified it. There was No way you couldnt hear the loud noises coming from my truck! Every one that gets in it or is around it when Im Parking or moving slowly somewhere, gas station for example, people stop what theyre doing to hear where that loud noise is coming from. Each time Ive gone back with a concern, he added another fix that was needed, of course with more cost! He also charged me $100 for my bringing it to him to go on a test drive. His man pulled it into the shop but never even raised my truck on their lift and within ten minutes, came back with a diagnosis of a repair id need to do. Why didnt they find it before when I had the work completed?? He kept pointing out that Id driven 19,000 miles over the last three months since I saw them initially. I do not know how I could accumulate that many miles without a long daily commute, but the odometer did say that many miles had been driven over a three month period. Still perplexed by that. Anyway, that was why the problem needed to be addressed, not my concern for maybe they missed something or? Jeff was very aggressive in his demand for me to pay $100 for their work. This would be my bringing it in twice for them to hear the loud noises my front end was making. First time, of course, the truck made no noise, so just a test drive with him and his mechanic, second time, a test drive where he minimized my complaints regarding the noise and then just took my truck back to be looked at and it would be an hour or so. Within ten minutes I was given a new proposal for MORE work, for MORE money, and Jeff wouldnt let them pull my truck out until I paid him $100. They never even put the truck up on the lift. Ive heard about his ways of doing business but Ive always been one to find out the truth on my own. I should have listened. Jeff will not work with you in a way that shows good work ethics and integrity. I was belittled and then blamed basically for the probs with my truck. Here is the perfect example of that mechanic you were warned about people. He cares more about adding work and charges to you than being a businessman that makes you feel like he truly cares about his customers.
