Best PNC experience Iâ€™ve ever had! All the staff were so nice they gave my daughter a stuffed animal and helped another mom whose child had spit up. Super informative and made sure all my questions were answered. 5 stars is not enough!

They are convenient and generally nice, but their Financial Advisors should have their license revoked. They lied about fees, and numerous other things. It's set up so that they make money every time they move money, which, generally, you would reach out to the customer before moving large sums of money. Good basic banking, but don't let them near your retirement or long term savings. In just the first year it caused my family to pay over $50k in taxes.
