Worst customer service I have every experienced. ATM doesn't work with no signage. Will go through the withdrawal process, have the amount taken out of your account then gives error codes and shuts down. I asked the friendly clerk for help and and said it was probably out of cash and she got the manager.. When the manager came for help she told me that I had insuffient funds (I did not and showed balance) After some back and forth with her she said would call a higher up to get approval to manually retrieve my money. She came back and I was told that they would not be helping get my money back and that I had to take it up with my bank and that there was nothing wrong with their ATM. I asked if this is how they typically handled these situations management was clearly not trained in customer service so I was asked to leave. Will never be returning and I learned a lesson on only using bank ATMs from now on.

YOU SELL MD LOTTERY SCRATCH OFF TICKETS BUT THERE IS ONLY CERTAIN TIMES A DAY YOU WILL CASH THEM??!! ANOTHER ONE FOR THE MD LOTTERY TO LOOK INTO SMH AND WHO SENDS BUSINESS TO ANOTHER STORE?? I BET CORPRATE WOULD SO APPRECIATE THAT!!
