Please Read Even still after 100 days since review, house is still not complete. Since Google has limited space, hard to detail all events. Marketing brochures do not represent what are standards in the home vs what the upgrades are. Contract signed to build o 5/30/20. It has taken over 120 days to even break ground. DRB management is unresponsive to all questions we have asked & hide behind unanswered phones calls or emails. No clear and concise communication from the project manager in over 120 days. Unable to get a completion date. Site plans are inaccurate & do not represent what the actual property is. We have built with other home builders and this by far is worst experience we have had. We have lost confidence in DRB to build & deliver on what they say and are gong terminate our agreement to build with them. A lack of professionalism coupled no clear communication is not a company we want to build our next home. We expect we will lose our earnest money as we have been told that DRB does not refund money. We pray that DRB will do the professional, ethical and moral thing & refund our deposit with out any hesitation. They did not!!! Save your time & money & find another builder.
