Hub City Express

I ordered a book from Barnes & Noble that was scanned in delivered at the Hagerstown Post Office on Sept. 5th, then my package was scanned again on the same day by the Hagerstown Post Office releasing my package to Hub City Express to be delivered to the recipient of the package. When I followed up with the recipient of the package regarding receiving said book, I was informed that the package wasn't received. Keep in mind that the cost of the book was $19.95 plus $1.20 tax. It is now Oct. 12th, I've made several calls to Kim at Hub City Express who has given me the run around regarding the book. Several times I called her from my phone number and when she recognizes my number she doesn't answer. How do I know this? Because I called her from a different number and she answered the phone. When she realized it was me she continued to give me false information that she is still trying to locate the book. All I need for Kim and Hub City Express to do is take accountability for losing or throwing away my package and refunding me the cost of the book. Their website says Quality Customer Service is their Top Priority but this is not true. Their website continues....When you want special care for your package, Hub City Express makes sure all goes well. Again, this is not true. Also, Reliable Courier Services in Hagerstown, Maryland. Again, not true. Let see if Kim and Ronnie and Hub City Express takes accountability and refund me the cost of my book and show some professionalism and give me a call back to resolve this minute situation.

Yesterday their driver cut me off on 70 W in Frederick. He then proceeded to go slowly, swerving into other lanes while looking/reaching for something in passenger seat. This went on for a few minutes. When I saw my chance to finally go around him, he cut me off again as I changed lanes. He then sped the entire way from Frederick to Hagerstown going over 90 mph at times. When he got off on dual highway I was behind him again. He was swerving during that strip because he was on his cell phone the whole time. You all need to put GPS/dash cams on your company trucks because they are driving recklessly and it might cost someone their life one day. I managed to get a video of him holding his cell phone on dual. I took a screen shot for this review. Incidents occurred from 12-12:30 pm
