Had an issue with our pump; contacted another company who took 3 secs to say that I needed a new pump & it would be $7300. No thanks. I made phone calls & Ginns was recommended by a good friend. After they arrived & in minutes, he knew it was just a bad wire. He fixed it & was very informative to what he was doing & answered any questions I had. Thank God Ginn's was recommended & made the time to come out & get the job done in an hour. I will never call anyone else but them. The company even took the time to call & check in next day to make sure everything was still good. This company saved us money because it ended up being a $700 fix.

If I could give a negative star I would. This company practices predatorial business tactics. I was out of town and my wife called them to come look at what was causing my well pump to trip the breaker. It had been working on and off for a few days. When the technician (Charlie) showed up everything was working fine. Anyone with any kind of mechanical knowledge knows that you cannot troubleshoot or diagnose something that is working properly. Instead of leaving or simply attempting to make it fail then leaving, he suggested pulling the well pump to my wife who doesn't know any better and just wanted it to be fixed. He failed to mention that pulling the pump was an extra $450. He left us with a grand total $670 bill and couldn't even get all the nuts and bolts back on the well cap nor did he tighten the bolts on the cap (see pictures). I later found them in the grass right beside the well. The next day the breaker tripped again and would not reset. I spent all my day diagnosing and patching in an extension cord temporarily, so my family had water. The next day I spent most of my day digging over 4 and a half feet down in the ground and fixing everything. It cost me $30 for a pressure switch which was bad and $30 for environmental splices that were bad. He charged us $670 for doing nothing to benefit us other than to tell us that it was working which we already knew, and "Its possible the wire in the grond between the house a well has a bad spot in it causing the issue. Though on 2/18/2022 it didn't present intself." It cost me a total of $60 dollars to fix everything. I'm not one to ever write reviews, but I called and talked to the technician, and he didn't see anything wrong with what he did and charged us and I called multiple times to speak with a manager giving them a chance to make the bill right. I would have been fine with paying the service call and labor but not an extra $450 dollars worth of unnecessary stuff. I warn others to call somebody else. That's me in the pictures fixing our well the day after the technician left us a $670 bill to do absolutely nothing.

Spoke with Charlie this morning and by 4pm had a call that the new water pump had been installed at a property that is managed by my company. Quick service, made my tenant very happy and I couldnt ask for more! Thanks to Charlie and Joe

Jim came out on Monday 8/19 and checked my well as I ran out of water Sunday. Thought he did a good job until I called a water company to drop water in my well as suggested by Ginns & they said it probably wouldn't help. So I decided not to have water dropped. I decided to call Ginns back later to ask some more questions.I left 2 messages and no one returned my calls.I also noticed on my receipt Jim didn't write any info down on what he did at time of service except that I owed&paid $220. Terrible customer services.
