        Love these people and company. I'm on my 4th year renting from this company and never a problem, maintenance always taken care of, always accommodating, I could go on. Bottom line, as a property manager of 5 years myself, they know what their doing and would recommend them to anyone.

        When they sent me a new lease, it included a clause that I was required to initial, but doing so would have been a lie. I asked for them to remove this clause, and they would not do it. I moved out.

        This is the worst property management team I have ever dealt with. They hire people who show up but won't finish the job or they half as* it.. I moved out and they said they would do a walk through so I could get my security deposit back than they say oh sorry we don't have time now and never gave security deposit back, and now new people are living there already....

        This company's management is a complete joke. Just looking at their responses to negative reviews will give you an idea of who you'd be dealing with. They show no accountability and treat you like you need them more than they need you. They seem to forget that tenants and owners are what generates their income. It's crazy. Stay away unless you don't mind being mistreated.
