We used Craig to sell our house and from our first meeting I knew he would get our house sold fast. He had our house listed and under contract within days. He provided everything we needed to get our house ready to go on the market. He was very prompt in answering any questions we had about the process. I would definitely recommend him for anyone thinking of selling or buying a house.

This has been a long process to no fault of Craig's. It's just the way the market has been. It is surprising how responsive Craig has been through the last few months given as busy as he is. He's a genuinely sweet guy, who does his best and thinks about all of the options available. He answers all, ALL of the questions I had, which were a lot since I'm very thorough. I highly recommend!!

Craig Marsh was the best thing that could have happened to us during this whole process. We had a different realtor when we started looking for homes but he wouldn’t even accompany us on the showings. Once we met Craig, everything changed, he was completely dedicated. He spent long hours showing us homes, Having lunch with us, and explaining the process to us. It is also very helpful that Craig comes from an entire family of Realtors, with years of experience, and they know just about every realtor, lender, and home inspector in the area. Craig helped us get through bad inspections, short-sales, financing problems, etc. He’s a pleasure
