Professional and patient. Cathy Wantz has been my agent to purchase two houses and sell one of them. Cathy's real estate knowledge and experience in Washington County is wonderful. Above all, she is very patient and did not push or rush any decision in buying or selling. My situation is probably somewhat unique, but Cathy spent more than two years working with me and helping to find "the one". Once the right house was found, Cathy moved quickly to get all the necessary paperwork completed and signed.
