I hired this company to come and clean for me and honestly I shouldn’t have. I used to use my pristine clean and it was amazing and they were professional and on time. Sadly they decided to close up and my wife I were stuck looking for a new company and this was pretty much the only one out there. Shelly showed up late to meet us than painted a beautiful picture of what she could do. Price was made up on the spot kind of steep but hey when you’re promised a Picasso why not spend a little extra. Ever heard the saying you get what you pay for? Nope not here you don’t. Here you get broken empty promises and a dashed dream. Dream professional hah that’s poppy cocky more like nightmare never professional. In the 40 years we’ve had someone clean our home this is the worst I’ve ever in my daggum life seen. The boss was late so the ladies had to wait to vacuum and than when I raised a question to her about what appeared to be dirty rags I got berated and made to feel like a school boy whose teacher was about to give him detention. Boy did I make a big mistake here. Please let me save you the trouble. I promise the dream you’re looking for isn’t here! The post event clean I selected here was because the event was me cleaning after this joke of a company was done. Never again. Services: Deep clean, Post-event cleaning, General housekeeping

When Shelby visited my home and gave me an estimate for a deep clean, I admittedly felt it was on the high side, however, I do believe that you get what you pay for. I hired her with the expectation that my home would be sparkling when she left. It was far from it, and I felt completely ripped off as I paid $400. She supplies a list of items that are to be completed in the deep clean, but did not complete them and didn't even complete what would be done for a standard clean. I tried to put a stop payment on the check I gave her, but it was too late, and honestly, not worth my time and energy to pursue. That said, when I e-mailed her with my concerns, she responded to me "every item on your contract was completed". That is a false statement. She also wrote that "All of your furniture was vacuumed. Your kitchen cabinets, counters, and range hood were thoroughly cleaned as well as your bathrooms. I vacuumed and mopped under the beds and desks. There was not a single tuft of hair left when I was finished in those rooms." All of the pictures I've attached were from the day of her "deep clean". The toilets were not thoroughly scrubbed, the sofas were clearly not vacuumed, and the kitchen cabinets (including the range hood) were absolutely not cleaned. I've attached photos of all of these items. In addition, I sent her the photo of the cat fur that was left under the desk in my son's room, yet she still claimed that she left no tuft of hair - as if that "tuft" accumulated in mere hours after she cleaned. The dusting was inadequate, and it appears she sped through that part as there was clearly a line on some pieces of furniture where she managed to dust and where she missed. I do not have a very messy/dirty home to begin with, yet a single person cannot complete a deep clean in about 5 hours, which was the amount of time she spent here. I should have gone with my gut and not hired her, but learn from my lesson, and do not hire Dream Professional Clean. Service: Deep clean
