Do not ever use this company. Paid my bill gave me a confirmation online just to be told my payment didn't go through? Really than why did I get a confirmation number and was told it was successful? Than they take my trash can I ended up paying 180 bucks just to be told to return my trash cans it would be additional 70 bucks for delivery fee and all these bs charges. They don't work with you at Ll they are very very rude and nobody could explain why I got a confirmation number and why my payment didn't go through. I had to call my bank and see how this happened. I absolutely don't recommend this place at all!! Service: General junk removal

I am a representative of a local Ruritan Club and I called customer service back on April 6, 2021 and the gentleman was very nice but said I had to talk to my local representative. He sent a message to her to contact me and I have yet to hear from her.

worst company ever, even if you make a contract they charge you whatever they want. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAM, I would give it minus 100 stars but you cant.

Our company called and ordered a roll off to be delivered to our job 2 days in advance. Paid $600 in advance for the roll off deposit and signed all service agreements. The company not only didn’t show the day we were doing the work but after 10 calls to their call center not even one call back from anyone in the company. The following day I called again, and again no show and no call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
