They messed up my taxes! They left out my unemployment income making my refund $2000 less and had to have them Amended. After that I noticed they filed me as a part year resident when I’ve lived in the same state since 2019! The best part is when I decided to looked at my paperwork they also made a massive mistake on my 2019 return! I even paid for their “Worry Free Guarantee” & got nothing! They aren’t taking responsibility for their errors or standing behind their guarantee!

This was the first year that I have delt with this tax company and had to pay $400 for their service. Then paid $56 for the return guarantee. Was told that I was to receive $1800 from the state and just received a letter from the state saying that I owe money. Now I can't get ahold of anyone to give me an answer on what's going on and for them to fix their mistake. Just a waist of time and money, I will travel to who did my taxes before if need be because I never paid anywhere near that amount for taxes with the person I've always went to and neve had any problems.

Poor professional, lacking knowledge. I had to correct their numbers in the review. Super high fees almost double compare to others in Hagerstown area. Also they charged me a sitting fees even though no one had told me that there is going to be a sitting fees. Will not recommend.
