went here from August/ September 2020 through February 2021 ( was dropped out due to my health issues). It is very exciting trade school to become aeroplane mechanic. the staff is very supportive, instructor somehow had a lot of some patience with me, which I truly appreciate it. they all had various experiences in aeroplane mechanic field ( airplane engineering- to mechanics to military mechanics). they bring those rich experience to classroom. however, they can be little nasty about rules and policy which I find unfair but it is what it is. there is some days I wish we could have more fun instead be in hanger and writing all of notes for 2 full semester.

The knowledge is taught so I cant complain too much but there was an entire semester where nearly every test had an error and the teacher still blamed us before realizing it wasn't our fault. The teachers are surely good mechanics but that doesn't make them all good teachers, a lot of time is spent hearing random anecdotes unrelated to the material. Multiple times a single teacher looked down on female classmates. Instructors are known to not have polite manners towards students, as such as, they don't respect us enough to use the simple terms like excuse me or please. We also have a lot of downtime. For three straight weeks we weren't doing anything or learning anything. The timing of all subjects should be relooked at. They could also do a better job with the days the schedule for us to have off. They schedule them at the most random times. There are also aircraft we have never seen, in a different hangar and never gotten a chance to work on.
