There were a lot of issues when I came to get the uhaul truck I'd reserved. The lady who was helping me was nice but there were a lot of issues that had come up with my rental that u felt she could have just informed me about but didn't. For example apparently there was a new policy that was not in affect when I placed my order that renting a oneway could no longer be done for more than 24 hours. Instead of just saying that she said she didn't have a truck available had to call the owner. Don't get me wrong they tried to fix this they had called around looking for a truck that I could use and when they found one in Greencastle I thought I'd be in my way. But that was not the case. The owner had sent me on my way to get the truck saying that everything would be ready to go down there. I get there and t the guy had no idea what I was there, said he hadn't heard anything about me coming and didn't have an knowledge of what the situation was. Once I explained everything that happened this gentle man ended up canceling my reservation and stated the whole transaction over again from scratch. What should have be a 10 minute event ending up taking an hour all because of poor communication.
