        Absolutely unable to help you. Went for chainsaw chains, had the old ones. They had no clue what is going on. Chain size and number of teeth completely confused them.

        Ordered and pre-paid for Stihl saw filters from Tony. Went to pick-up found one was not for my model saw. So reordered in 2 pieces from their other stores. Plus one filter lacked it’s insert. So at that time paid my bill. When I came back to pick up the filter & insert then Jessie said I needed to pay $18.47 for the corrected filter & insert. I did not bring my receipt in do to pre-paying. Had $17 in cash so overpaid to get my filters. Just as Dawson’s Stihl & now Hancock will never set foot in there again. If you’re a fool you’ll continue to do business with them. They do not deserve to bear the Stihl logo on their shop!
