I placed an order through 1-800-flowers for a casket spray and a heart shaped arrangement for my father's funeral viewing totalling $500. I requested that the flowers be delivered by 3pm. I arrived to the viewing and there were no flowers.  After making several calls to customer service with 1-800-flowers, they were finally able to locate the florist, who stated the flowers were in route. The flowers showed up at 4:23. The funeral home closed at 5pm. I had no flowers for my Father's viewing. This is unacceptable and shows poor customer service performed by the florist. I will never use 1-800-flowers again and I definitely would not recommend Naomi's flowers.I also contacted the florist to explain my dissatisfaction. She told me to take it up with 1-800-flowers. Talk about a level of customer service to a grieving family. And the quality of flowers are horrible. The flowers were already browning. I also placed an order from Teleflora with the same delivery timeframe and instructions. The order arrived early and was beautiful. I will continue to use Teleflora for all of my flower needs.

Loved it! We called from out of state to have some flowers + a gift delivered on short notice. After initially saying it was too late for same-day delivery, they called us back and managed to squeeze us in. The recipient was delighted! She sent us pictures of the flowers and they were gorgeous.

Been calling this business after placing an order. No one has answered the phone. Bad customer service!!
