My contact with this company was via an internet order. The order was filled reasonably quickly. The merchandise was all in great condition when it arrived. There was a problem with one item. I advised Dunwoody, and they rushed - very graciously, and at significant extra cost to themselves - a replacement. I expect to do business with this company again in the near future. They specialize in materials (text and audio) for languages not commonly taught or studied in the U.S., e.g. Fuzhou, Chechen, Tigrinya, Uzbek, Waray.
