Superb, thorough, hardest working teams I have ever seen. Luke and Maria guided the teams through remediation and pack-out. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

This company did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. Austin Cross patiently guided us through the process including his estimate and what to expect regarding interaction with the homeowner insurance provider. Carlos and his crew cleaned the affected walls, ceilings, floors, shelves,furniture, and cabinets (including contents). The smoke from a grease fire gets everywhere and it was amazing how many things in cabinets got coated with the oily residue. Dishes, books, and even spice jars were cleaned and replaced in an orderly fashion.
Mark and Minor took all the area rugs offsite for cleaning and did the wall to wall carpets in place in addition to cleaning wooden stairways. Upholstery and window curtains were removed and dry cleaned, then replaced. Even the HVAC ductwork was affected and cleaned efficiently. All the furniture moving and replacing that was needed was done by the crews, who were all courteous and professional. They were in my home for a week and a half, all day, and I was very comfortable because of their professional demeanor. Every step of the way I was informed of when crews would arrive, what they would be doing, and how long they would need to be onsite. All done to the highest standard and with consideration of my schedule. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of this type of service. Hoping you don’t need it, but hey…

Service Master was on site within 30 minutes of contact. The work to remediate the water damage began immediately. The entire team was incredibly professional. Not only did they do the remediation of the water damage, they did a pack out of personal belongings and furniture in order to have new carpet installed in living room, dining room, hallway and one bedroom. Whenever I called Mark he was always available or returned my call immediately and he was pleasant, professional and helpful. The entire team worked efficiently and swiftly to get the job completed. The pack out team handled an incredible amount of glassware, wrapping and packing everything with care. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this Service Master team!
