Printed shop is terrible,I have to come back four times,because the binders I got done all four times were wrong.

I sent work to get printed and for 3 days could not get it printed because their printers were not working. Then when I arrived each day, the workers did not have their masks below their chin. I finally went to the Staples in BelAir. That store was clean, a fully functioning store and all staff wore their PPE as required by the state.

I am currently redoing my room and looking for some organizational pieces. This place was perfect! 2 things cost about 25 buucks and it was totally worth it. The clearance section wasnt great but the overall shop was still fantastic. Hope to go back soon

Go somewhere else. Printer and copy section was ghetto and do not want to do their job. Asked for a replacement cover for a stamp that they made. Was forced to pay $20 to make a whole new one for a whole new stamp? After some hours I got what I wanted. Which explains the 3 star. Wouldve been a three star if they hadnt argued on who was going to help me IN FRONT of me out loud and cussing.

Had a bad experience here in which a cashier overcharged me for a charitable donation. She asked if I'd like to donate to a charitable cause, I said sure... Not knowing how much it was (my mistake). I got in the car and realized she had charged me almost $10 for the donation. I went back inside and asked for a refund but she only refunded half of the "donation". She didn't believe me that I needed to be refunded more (even though I had the receipt to prove it). I ended up going to a different cashier who understood the problem and refunded me promptly. I have no problem donating to charitable causes, but the cashiers need to make sure the customer understands exactly how much they are about to donate. $10 is too high for a cause that I know nothing about.
